Software Tester

Metegrity Inc. is seeking a software tester to join our QA team. The successful candidate will be responsible for application problem analysis, testing and reporting. In addition the tester is responsible for the creation and execution of user test case and test plans.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Studying, analyzing and testing product requirements and new features functionalities.
  • Review and analyze specifications and design documents to determine test specifications and test requirements.
  • Identify problems, record and trouble shoot key features during the test cycle.
  • Utilize, develop and maintain automated testing scripts.
  • Rapidly keeping up with new technologies in an fast-changing environment.

Qualifications:

  • Degree/diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Detailed-oriented and creative, with a questioning mind
  • Solid defect tracking and test reporting skills
  • Strong technical background, analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability to work within a team
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
